In conjunction with the Goan Chaplaincy & Goans in Wembley & Ealing.
REPATRIATION of HONORATO CARDOSO (DoB: 24.01.1960)
Dear Friends
I am appealing to your generosity, as we are trying to raise funds to repatriate the body of Honorato Cardoso back to his wife, Isabel, in Margao, Goa. Honorato passed away on 7 January 2018, at Ealing Hospital after contracting pneumonia.
Our target is to raise £2,100.00 and we are working with the Goan Chaplaincy and the Goan Communities in Ealing & Wembley, to raise this money. As with our previous appeals, we are hoping for a good response from members of the community and are making a special plea to villagers from Margao to help us reach our target.
If you feel inclined to help, then please send your donations by cheque to the above address, made payable to the Goan Welfare Society. If you are a taxpayer, please endorse your cheque on the back “gift aid” with your address.
Cash & cheque donations can be handed to any Trustee of the Goan Welfare Society (Flavio Gracias, Paul De Mendonca, Norma Menezes-Rahim, Alfred Rebello & Rosy De Souza) or to Caetano de Branganca from Wembley (Mobile No. 07882 009063) or to Wilson Fernandes from Southall (Mobile No. 07417 434187)
You can now make donations via “PayPal” through our website: www.goanwelfaresocietyuk.com
May I convey my sincere thanks in advance for your help and support in assisting us to carry out welfare work within the Goan Community. God bless and our best wishes to you all for the future.
